Service quotes and estimates
Quotes provided through the Site or in person are estimates based on the information available at the time of the quote. Final pricing may be adjusted based on conditions discovered during the work, with your prior approval. We will always provide a written, flat-rate quote before starting work, and we will not exceed that quote without your explicit approval.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Quotes for emergency service may have a shorter validity period.
Payment terms
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing
- For large jobs ($2,500+), we may require a deposit prior to ordering materials
- We accept cash, check, major credit cards, and approved financing
- Returned checks or failed payments are subject to a $35 fee plus any bank charges
- Past-due balances may accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% APR) or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower
Warranties
We warrant our workmanship for one (1) year from the date of service unless otherwise specified in writing. Parts and equipment carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we will provide details on at the time of install.
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or modification by others
- Damage from acts of nature (floods, earthquakes, tornadoes)
- Pre-existing conditions in the home not addressed by our work
- Issues arising in plumbing systems we did not work on
- Cosmetic finishes (paint, texture, tile) that we noted would need separate restoration
To make a warranty claim, contact us at (405) 446-2078 within the warranty period. We will respond and address valid warranty issues at no charge to you.
Customer responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your plumbing issue and home
- Provide reasonable access to the work area
- Inform us of any known hazardous conditions (mold, asbestos, lead pipe, etc.) before work begins
- Pay for completed work as agreed
- Disclose any prior plumbing work or modifications relevant to our service
Limitations of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, third-party work, or conditions outside our control
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Oklahoma law.
Dispute resolution
If you have a concern about our work, please contact us first at (405) 446-2078. We genuinely want to make things right and most issues can be resolved with a conversation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any legal action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Intellectual property
The Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Relief Plumbing LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. The Relief Plumbing logo is our trademark and may not be used without written permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version is always posted at this URL with the "Last updated" date.
